But, here are some site-relevant FAQs…
When will my order arrive?
Products fulfilled by Printful or Gooten, our print-on-demand printers, should arrive within 2-3 weeks of order. Products fulfilled by the All The Ravens studio should arrive within 7-10 USPS delivery days.
Why are there multiple shipping charges?
If you see multiple shipping charges during checkout, this means you’ve ordered something that is printed on demand and shipped by Printful, Gooten, and/or something that also ships from our studio. At this time, separate shipment charges are accrued when your order ships from multiple sources.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Because everything is printed to order, we do not accept returns for refunds.
We only accept exchanges when the problem is due to an error on our end, in which case we will cover return shipping by emailing you a return label. These errors include damaged, defective, or misprinted items, or if you received the wrong item(s).
If you have a problem with your order, please send us an email and let us know what’s wrong. We will reply and let you know if we can accept the exchange. Problems should be brought to our attention within 14 days of shipment date. Exchanges will be made for the exact same items.
For apparel, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size. Please double-check the size you are ordering. For T-shirts, the brand we use is pre-shrunk, so if you do not like a snug or form fit, please consider ordering one size up.
If your order, or any part of your order, does not arrive, please let us know and we will investigate. If we cannot solve the shipping/delivery problem on our end, we will resubmit your order/the missing parts of your order or offer a refund.
